Makeup tutorials

  • Girl in video: Now, line your upper lash line with a black gel eyeliner.
  • Me: Okay. *does so and fails, leaving an unsightly blob of eyeliner on my lid*
  • Girl in video: It's okay if you mess up a little, just take a little wet wipe or cotton ball and wipe it off.
  • Me: *grabs a wet wipe, makes the unsightly blob even more unsightly and turns my skin red*
  • Girl in video: Now apply mascara, lipstick, and any other finishing touches!
  • Me: Fuck you.
  • Girl in video: Now your look is complete!
  • Me: *makeup smeared all over my face* AM I PRETTY NOW?

scissorsandthread: Gathered Skirt | By Hand London Gathered skirts are my all time favourite thing to sew - they are so easy(sew easy? hah!) to make and they give some shape to my barrel of a body! Third best thing - you can make them in all different lengths and fabrics. There are very few people who don’t look good in these skirts - and they’re really easy to wear. This is a great beginner sewing project. OK, enough talking about gathered skirts, get to it and make one already! Pretty!
